Hi everyone! My name is Sofia M. Vallecillo, I am a fashion and lifestyle blogger and influencer based in Tampa, Florida.
I should start by saying, this is new to me but I am very excited to take you along for the ride!
Before I get started, I want you to get to know me. I was born and raised in the beautiful and vivacious Island of Puerto Rico. I moved to Tampa about three and a half years ago, this to pursue my career in teaching, and of course to be close to my loved ones.
I am currently a full-time Kindergarten teacher, and even though I love what I do, I have an extreme passion for all things fashion, lifestyle and women empowerment. Things that will be seen on my blog.
I wish you, the person that's reading me, learn to love yourself and boost your confidence with whatever you are wearing.
As a close friend of mine will say: "The more confident you are in yourself, the more beautiful you look." and they were right.
I started to accept my flaws, love my body and believe in myself so much more. Surely, I would say I've been getting out of my comfort zone and branching out into new and exciting ventures.
You will see all things lifestyle, inspired and curated by my own personal interests and everyday life activities. You can get aught up in my interests in beauty, home, food, travel and personal experiences!
Before I wrap-up my first post, I want to thank a few people in my life who has made this all possible. First and foremost, my fiancé, Jorge. Babe, thank you for always believing in me, believing in my talent and craziness of starting to blog. Thank you for being my #1 fan and for never saying "NO" to me. But in all seriousness, thank you for always pushing me into pursuing my ideas and dreams.
Secondly, I want to thank my dearest friend and future sissy in law, Veronica. Vero, thank you for giving me the push I needed and opening my eyes to follow through with my dream of blogging and influencing. Thank you for always answering my calls, texts and approving my pictures, helping me with my posts and approving my outfits. Vero, thank you for always being by my side in all of this.
I want to thank my family and friends who have been extremely supportive of my new venture. Thank you for all the lovely messages I've received the past couple of months.
Last but not least, I want to thank Nábila Díaz and Washo Muriel. Thank you for being the most amazing friends. I cannot thank you enough for creating my website. Without you guys, I do not know where would I be right now.
With that being said, I really hope you enjoy the ride and that you'll be able to "keep up with" me!
